I give this place a 3.5/4 star rating, it’s very secure and secluded. I like the security at the gate, and that nobody has access unless the live here or there prior notification. I like that all my packages, are delivered directly to my door. I like the extra gated access, to my actual building. However the property is old, and may have been considered luxury in the 90’s; however doesn’t stand to compete in todays luxury market. The units are overall small, if you don’t get a unit with a view you’re looking into other people’s units. They do not have concierge, or real bell carts (they use grocery carts). The place can use an upgrade, and investment; especially the outdated bathrooms & plumbing. Some things should be mandatory here now, in 2022 going on 2023z

The HOA of the meridian are a nightmare to deal with the units have a lot of problems I will be taking them to court soon

WORST DECISION I’VE EVER MADE MOVING INTO THIS PLACE, BEWARE !!!! 1. Units are dated 2. Plumbing sucks (water is off 4 repairs @ least twice a month) 2. Neighbors chain smoke cigarettes along w/ dogs that barks all day & night 3. Maintenance takes time fixing things 4. Security won’t let you in even if you live here (almost $#!+ My pants trying to get in My own gate) did I mention the $250 fine for leaving My car to go $#!+!? 5. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!
