The building is a luxury mid rise condo. Has a lot of security. I had a couple of friends who lived there, very convenient place to live if you work in law like a lawyer or a firm since its so close. The area isn't that dangerous. Sure their are some homeless people around but they arent hostile they just keep to themselves. Juhl i like because of its very high ceilings and concrete walls.
Not sure where that info came from. But it wasnt accurate. This is in an area that is currently going through regentrificaton. I would say sometimes you may see passing homeless or transients. But not for long. I believe the condos would be a great investment. As the owner of Zappos has invested heavily in property developments in the area. I don't work for not do I live at the Juhl. But I have made several deliveries there. And it's in a prime location for long-term investment property.
The neighborhood is a lot safer than the building, you better thoroughly check that building out before you move in.
