Yes there's a code but I don't know if the code can be shared two others. Usually there's parking in the front and somebody has to come down and let them in that's how I usually do it with my friend that lives there the apartments are really good for the price I live two apartments down for the same price I think her apartment is double in size
No they have to call you. Even if they get in the gate they would need to call to get to you the other gates are locked too
