You would need them certified not notarized and you would get it certified whichever county the divorce was filed at.
In Rm 105, customer service, there's almost always a notary available. She can even pick up a copy of her divorce decree there too but I am not sure what the fee is
You can walk into any law office or the County Clerk and they'll do it.
