If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The employees here treat you like dirt. They are more interested in taking cigarette breaks, than actually trying to help you. I'm a doctor, and I've taken care of some real dirt bags in emergency departments before. Never have I seen anyone treated like this in any emergency department, and never have I been treated like this before. Thank you, Monroe County and Rochester, the beautiful sanctuary city that will never see the glory days anymore!

Just visited the Monroe County Clerks office, Fabiola Sylvestre, greeted me and took care of my certifications on some documents. She was the most sweetest, most efficient and very helpful. She went out of her way and also asked a question I had about a document that the State Department would have needed to answer. Love her attitude and smile. If you need to go see Fabiola. I’m sure everyone there is great but my experience was with Fabiola and that’s all that matters to me. Thank You Fabiola! :)

if you're trying to discharge of mortgage you will need to fill out a discharge or satisfaction of mortgage form. Those can be obtained from an attorney or legal stationary store. Unless the mortgage lender is a bank, then the paper work would come from them. We cannot tell you how to specifically fill out the form as we are not attorneys or paralegals. However, it will need to have the mortgagor, mortgage, date of mortgage recorded, mortgage amount, and the mortgage history (if any) recited on the document. It can be mailed to our office or submitted in person. The base fee for a 1 page discharge of mortgage is 50.50. If you need a copy of the mortgage you can contact our customer service department at 753-1620.
