I’ve been a patient at this office for a few years now but after my appointment today I had new motivation to leave a review. Not only have the staff treated myself and my family members (who are also patients) very well over the past years, they are efficient and make an effort to get you in to be seen. I’ve been seeing the PA for the past few months and he is just delightful - Extremely knowledgeable re: pharmacological treatment modalities (since he is also a pharmacist) and he’s also been very reassuring during tough times. Same goes for both Dr. Cheryl and Rick Herrmann! The nursing staff is also wonderful. They have been so courteous and willing to hear me out. I also never hesitate to bring my non-English-speaking parents or relatives to this office, as the team has been very understanding. Thanks GFM ~

Pleasw be aware of this office! If i could could give a zero i would ! This office is terrible. Not a people office, which is the worse thing to be for a drs office. They kicked me out , in the middle of a pandemic because i couldnt pay a $100 and something bill when i unknowingly lapsed insurance for about 2 months because of the pandemic. I had no idea i didnt have insurance at the time of the appointment. I tried to tell them all this , they didnt even care of bother or listen, to help at all. They just kicked me out like i didnt even matter. So now i am 9 months post-partum having some severe health issues in so many forms and have no doctor and i cant get in anywhere for at least 6 mobths+. I just think its terrible, thats how they treated a long established patient during a pandemic. Like i wasnt a person at all ,let alone a struggling one. All they cared about was their already weathly dr getting all his money.
