Doesn’t scan PPD placement paper into system. Nurses notes don’t include the time and placement of the PPD….seeing as I forgot the paper with the lot number and date of placement. When I went back to get it read the secretary stated “The paper is needed. The only proof of record is a half written nurse’s note that doesn’t include the date and placement time. We only make a copy for courtesy”. Say what? I’m an RN that has worked in multiple outpatient care units. We have also scanned the copy of the paper sheet we give the patients or have documented all details of the PPD placement including lot #, expiration date of vial, and the nurse placing the PPD, date and time. So I had to leave and go back and find the paper. I find the paper and now am back in line waiting for it to be read, but are making me wait in the queue behind every sick patient just for a PPD read…. MOHO everyone. Medicine of the highest order my behind. I work for URMC so this is a low….

Terrible check in process. Not only do you have to yell all your personal information to the receptionist so that the whole lobby can hear they managed to mess up everything including my name, address and where to bill. I had to go in again and yell all my information across the lobby so more strangers could hear.

Excellent care and so kind. Nurse very nice, Nadia PA was wonderful. Drained my hematoma in toe and so gentle. Highly recommend.

I had a very nice experience here the other day. Virtually no wait, the staff were friendly, and I received the care I needed for an infected surgical wound. I took away a star as they seemed to be /really/ understocked as far as first aid supplies went.
