I apologize for not having the direct link, but there are 2 sites on Facebook for lost&found pets in WNY and Buffalo. That's where I would start. Then, call locally to see if anyone has reported their cat missing at the local vet. While you're at it? Nice suggestion about scanning for a chip. Tabby Town is another place that will help you along. Best of luck!
