Had the rustproofing and undercoating done on my new car that was part of the vehicle purchase. Also added the paint protection, interior cleaning and window treatment. Service was great and completed sooner than expected. Joe Martin was the person I dealt with. He thoroughly explained everything that was done and the warranty.

Anthony in sales was a cool dude who seemed to care about the client, however the front desk people leave an unorganized impression. Need a better system. Couldn’t find my paperwork for 2 both my vehicles. Also had running boards installed and found a chip in the paint near the area where the running boards were which i am pretty sure wasnt there. Anthony agreed to fix if we came up with some touch up paint.

I would call for an estimate.
It likely depends on how deep the scratch is. When I had my van in for service they noticed a scratch that they were able to buff out. So yes, they have the capability, but it may depend on how deep the scratch is.

I never asked. I'm sorry I just waited for my car to be finished. It took about 4 hrs. They have very comfortable lounge and clean bathrooms if that helps lol
