I had over $20,000 worth of credit card debt between 5 cards, with all APRs over 20%. I called CCC and they were extremely helpful and non-judgmental from the beginning to the end. In less than 3 years I was completely debt free. They negotiated a lower APR on my behalf and made sure my payments were on time. They also provided credit counseling and educational resources to assist anyone who wanted it. They were always available to answer questions. I am so grateful for the assistance and experience they provided. It’s because if them that I am financially free with a 751 credit score.

After a year of opening high interest credit cards to stay financially afloat, I began to sink. I made the call and asked for help. Within 10 minutes on the phone I had a phone appt scheduled to work with a counselor, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made!!!! Jared has worked with me over the last week to get signed up to pay off most of my debt in 3 years, which would have taken me over 10 on my own!!!! I'm so thankful for all your hard work!!!! Friends, don't be afraid to ask for help! They are amazing!!!!

Not sure. Probably best to call and ask for their payment processing department. You may be able to do that though.

I called several months ago and the gentleman Ken told me to stop paying my credit cards. Is that what you recommend?

Hi, Elvie. Thank you for reaching out. You may have been speaking to another organization, there is no one by the name of Ken that works here. Additionally, we would never recommend that someone stops paying their credit cards without taking additional measures. Please call us so that we can advise you further on what would be in your best interest based on your unique situation. Our number is 716-712-2060. We look forward to assisting you!

CCCS of Buffalo is a non-profit organization that provides confidential financial education and counseling. CCCS can assist with educating consumers about their best repayment options for debt, and best ways to improve their credit report and score (payment history is the largest component, so becoming current on those payments will be important if you are able to). How much r monthly payments im on Supplementary social security

It depends on the amount of debt you have and what repayment terms your creditors are willing to offer. You can get an estimate by applying for a repayment plan on the Consumer Credit Counseling website. There is no obligation; you have nothing to lose! They will give you an estimated payment amount and then you are free to decide if you can manage it.

I tried to reach the CCC Service on Sheridan Dr. in Amherst/Eggertsville, but the line doesn't work. Is there another nearby office? Excellent credit rating but need better way of dealing with a medical loan co. for treatments that didn't work.

I can't tell how long ago you posted this question, but the office in the Southtowns is at 40 Gardenville Pkwy, W Sen 14224. They should be helpful, and having good credit is good, they try to help you nip things in the bud before it's too late.
