No, I don't know where someone could park motorhome for the night. I have seen some people park in the Ithaca Walmart parking lot.

You can during the day, but not at night.

9 p.m. all City Parks Close. Walmart doesn't seem to mind motor homes parked overnight!
Park closes at dusk, I believe.
I've seen RV's parked there fine, I dont think overnight is allowed there, though.
