Easy registration, 2-3 lane drive thru testing. Pretty quick results as testing site connected to hospital. Results can be emailed to you. Please note the hours recently changed.

Just unbelievable! We paid for the test and the portal was not working and we couldn't download the report! Result: we need to make another test in NYC to be able to travel! Unprofessional behavior!

I was told approximately 3 days

I was told to make an appointment for upcoming surgery. It was scheduled for 2:00 on 10/7. I arrived at 1:45. After waiting in line for 2 hours, I was finally seen. I was told that many Drs. offices told others to just go, no appointment needed?

Pretty much, no. I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 and waited in line for two hours as well, finally being seen at 4:30pm. The only advantage to pre-registration is that you'll be in the system. But yes, pretty much just show up whenever is convenient for you, and be expected to wait.
