This family owned business is an asset on East Hill. The staff is friendly, honest, and hard working. Whenever I see them they are respectful of my time and space while still checking to see if there is anything I need. They keep the place very clean and the equipment is well-maintained. The facility has anything the general population needs. Additionally, there is a good amount of equipment for people training more seriously. It is important to note that they have two private showers that are always clean and properly functioning.

Great family operated gym up on south hill! Awesome equipment with everything needed to lift or do cardio along with a big yoga studio. They keep this place super clean and the locker rooms are great and spacious. Super respectful community, highly recommend.

The Gym does have a clean, well suited locker room including private showers. Each shower has an attached dressing room with a door that you can lock. The Gym does have a nice "class room" available but I have never seen a schedule of any classes.
