my daughter lost her glasses for the past 2 months we've been calling and no one anwsers. Your there refusing to answer the phone. All I need her prescription to order another pair through the answering service because apparently picking the phone up is not aloud. Update- 2 years later and 1 pandemic passed and the customer service there has only gotten worse. The wait to get an appointment to deal with The attitudes from half the staff there is ridiculous especially infront of children, not only that but the appointment reminders dont match the times that they have written down even though you have multiple messages with the time you scheduled when calling to be argued with even with proof and told its going to be a wait. Plus don't actually have a Dr. there to check your eyes you just go in and then video with random people that way. There's one woman there who is amazing though I didn't catch her name.

Placed an order for my daughter’s glasses more than a month ago and I have not received any update of the status of the order. Cannot connect over the phone, inconvenient store hours and I can even find the status of the order online. Frustrated and do not recommend for anyone. This store was not like this before, they had great service.

Worst experience getting glasses ever. Have been in 7 times and still cant even wear my new glasses because they had nobody to fit them. Made me get a new prescription when I didn’t need one. Couldn’t get glasses the day of exam because nobody to do it. I’ve wasted so much time and gas it’s ridiculous. And I have to go back for a fitting now. Will never go back after this.

Omg.where to begin. In house service sucks. Sat for 1h 20 min for 2 ppl in front, no exams done. Auto service is worse. 20min.hold time.then hang up

I've been calling for four days straight and get put on hold or sent to their main menu on customer care, then still sit on hold. Are they even open?
There is a sign on their door for over 3 weeks saying their phones don't work and they don't have control over it.
