The age limit is 55 or older for seniors and no age limit for the disabled.. there is a waiting list because it is one of the nicer HUD subsidized, independent living apartment complexes in the Flint area with Meijer being next door and a restaurant across the street, so things are close. When an apartment comes available, they choose from the waiting list with seniors chosen first before disabled.
Yeah it's for seniors and for those disabled and stuff. The rent goes based on your income (its a low income housing but really nice and right next to Meijer)
Its for seniors or disabled. I moved here 6 weeks ago after waiting 4 years on a waiting list because seniors get first pick.
