I stopped in to drop off an application. The parking lot was clean and the grounds. There is benches at the front entrance. The door is locked and camera's are in place. You either need a card to enter or press the buzzer. Pat was in the office she was very friendly and helpful. I'm on the waiting list now.

Sister has lived at burton place for three years and no working intercom, door release, big problem with her health, hope it doesn't come to a lawsuit.

I've been at Burton Place for 4 years. In the last 6 months things have changed. By now the grass would have been cut at least twice. Since office management has changed so has the quality of the building.

Seniors get first choice, otherwise u have to be disabled and the waiting list is long. It took me 4 yrs to get in here.
They have some available but they are in the process of renovating the apartments

Hello, Burton Place is an Affordable Housing Community with a contract rent of $543.00 for the 1 Bedroom Apartment and $661.00 for the 2 Bedroom Apartment . Your actual rental rate could be lower if you qualify for the Affordable Housing Assistance Program at this community. Figuring out income and rent limits for affordable housing can be complex. To know for sure if you qualify, please contact the Management Office. Yes there is air conditioning. Thank you for your question! Burton Place
Mostly seniors, they do have caregivers that come in if needed
Yes
Possibly. I would call the office to find out. Most of the residents are 55 and older.
It is a senior living facility. Independent. Fill out application and get on waiting list.
Heat and water are included.. you pay for electricity... my mother's consumers bill ranges from $15 - $40/month... depending on the time of year... higher during the winter because her lights are on longer each day.
They are next to Elga bank. No dishwashers. Right off if Center rd. Has a sign by the driveway of the Burton Place sign.
The age limit is 55 or older for seniors and no age limit for the disabled.. there is a waiting list because it is one of the nicer HUD subsidized, independent living apartment complexes in the Flint area with Meijer being next door and a restaurant across the street, so things are close. When an apartment comes available, they choose from the waiting list with seniors chosen first before disabled.
Yes they do take disabled people !
