Seniors get first choice, otherwise u have to be disabled and the waiting list is long. It took me 4 yrs to get in here.

Seniors get chosen first, then disabled...and yes...the waiting list is very long, and may be even longer now that they are totally fixing the place up, floor by floor (currently on floor 6 and and working down)
