Waited over a month for news about availability. Was told over the phone no clear estimate other than September, then was told it would be sometime after the 15th is September AFTER the holding fee of 100 dollars was made. Called them while going through a fever from the first day of COVID (I suggest miss Latroy look up what the effects of a fever are, because those can leave you delirious and confused—wonder if she’s ever heard of a “fever dream”) and supposedly asked about canceling my holding fee and the entire application, so she canceled the entire application. No written confirmation, no correspondence to me or my other applicant other than phone calls (which aren’t recorded either, funny!) yet they were “holding on to my fee for me when they weren’t supposed to” for two weeks (we did not know this!) and when I called them last Tuesday to find out when we could move in that is when it was said to me that the application was canceled. Was met with rudeness on the phone today because supposedly the property manager wanted to speak to myself and my other applicant, but after this experience while not even living there and the experiences I’ve heard others having, I wouldn’t put my worst enemy here, so I declined. For your safety do not even apply.

I and the apartments around me currently have roach's that we obtain from another tenant that was evicted 2 months ago. When I asked was that grounds enough to terminate my lease two months early I was told no I still had to pay the last two months remaining of my lease. This is very unfair treatment I have never lived with roach's in my life. Can't not wait to move out of here.
