I have been taking my cars here for many years and think that Tim and his team are fantastic. I am a single woman and I have never felt talked down to or dismissed. Work is thoroughly explained to me before it is done along with the expected costs. After the work if I want to, I can view all the removed parts. Like many of us, I live on a tight budget, so I ask Diamond Jim to recommend work for later along with ranking it in priority order. I also appreciate that when they are able to (have enough staff that day) and I have prearranged it, they are able to drive me to work so they may have my car for the day. Thanks guys, my 2005 Surburban is still running great at 220,000
