They are not condos they are houses. there are some that are for sale by existing home owners. Or you can build to your likings. It is for seniors only.
All units have been sold and are now privately held. No sales go through the HOA office. We recommend people monitor real estate sales websites for units that have entered the market, or work with a realtor to do that footwork.
