If I could rate 0 I would, I applied to this apartment with my roommate because liked the location and the price of what we were getting. the apartment itself was fine aside from the old appliances and small kitchen but the staff was unhelpful to me, when we put the application in I was told that it would take them about 30 mins to get back with us, I waited over 24 hours and received nothing so I ended up calling them, in addition to that we did end up needing a cosigner and so we got one, the cosigner was more than able to meet the requirements that they were asking, that being making 5x the amount of and passing credit and criminal check, which he did for both. and some how they still denied us, which is ok I'm not usually one to complain and gripe but the unprofessionalism of the staff was very unappreciated. I explained all this to my mother and friends and they all have reason to believe the only reason of rejection was due to me being a person of color. I would have loved to move in here but it was ruined by how I was treated, and after them rejecting me the proceeded to charge my card ONCE AGAIN. so it was $50 down the drain for no reason! I wish the best of luck to whomever else attempts to apply there but I just wanted to share my experience

Not happy , they said they could not take a post dated check for rent so out of S.S. which comes on the 3rd we have to pay on thr 3rd. But Dec 3 -2017 is a Sunday So no one in the office. Closed So i notice the drop box by their door , but no writing on it saying rent drop box . So i did not put it in their , i decide ill take it in. The morning Well they say i will have to pay a 50 dollar late fee Well that just killed me its Christmas time and ive never been late with rent I begged everone including upper management and they still decide to make me pay , my granddaughter who is 3and half wont get much because im out of money i have debt to pay ... They are heartless . As well after living here one year they raise the rent 40 dollars a month While we live with old worn out carpet , renters beware if you want new oak cupboards they charge 50 dollars more a month as if their reg. Rent isnt high enough Not happy with their charges , but have to pay to live in a better local ...May God bless them amem

I LOVED IT OUT HERE!!!! VERY CLEAN AND HOMIE, LOOKING TO MOVE BACK. I'VE NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH WATER OR ANTS!
