Lmao Okay
Staff care more about their security, than the security of their tenants. Personally, I had some of the worst experience, with both the tenants and the staff. I would never recommend anyone to live here...

Very Very Very rude and unprofessional staff. Not sure if they are under new management or not, but they should be. They lock online rental payment system preventing tenants from making payments. It takes them over a month for maintenance to come in and do simple repairs . Calls have to be made more than once. Still waiting for them to repair an electrical outlet since February. Many follow up calls have been, & still no repairs. Follow up since last review..... Two weeks ago, I called about the electrical outlets not being repaired since February. Here we are its late August, they still are no shows. When I see maintenance out and about they tell me to call the office. I called the office, all they say is ill create an order..... Well that was two weeks ago. How long does it take to have someone come out ?

It’s ok for the price but don’t ship your Amazon stuff there it will get stolen. And takes them for ever to get things fixed. The building door have been without locks for over a year now and nothing been done.

There's a washer and dryer in the basement of each building. In mine here I pay an extra $60 for a washer and dryer in unit (not sure what the guy above me is talking about because if they have washer and dryer available, they usually come with it)
Depends on the unit and the amenities offered some have a washer and dryer your best bet is to call the office look at the unit that you want and go from there
You'll need to call the office for that kind of information
Memorial day
There is a refundable pet deposit unlike most Apartments, you also have to pay pet rent. As far as breed restrictions I am pretty sure they won't allow pit bulls, but I have seen a bloodhound walking around the property so I know they will take big dogs, even if it's not fair to the dog! You will probably have to take your dog into the leasing office so that they can have a get-to-know-you session. I know they did that with me when I moved in. Good luck.
Anywhere from $525-$625 depending on the floor plan and if there's a washer and dryer in the unit
I didn't pay anywhere close to 1 month's rent as a deposit...not by a long-shot. It was more like $150.
Our two bedroom is $620/month
