There is a refundable pet deposit unlike most Apartments, you also have to pay pet rent. As far as breed restrictions I am pretty sure they won't allow pit bulls, but I have seen a bloodhound walking around the property so I know they will take big dogs, even if it's not fair to the dog! You will probably have to take your dog into the leasing office so that they can have a get-to-know-you session. I know they did that with me when I moved in. Good luck.

I really don't know about the breed policy but you can have a dog long you pay the deposit that's all I know I don't think you have no certain type brered
