There's a washer and dryer in the basement of each building. In mine here I pay an extra $60 for a washer and dryer in unit (not sure what the guy above me is talking about because if they have washer and dryer available, they usually come with it)
Each building has their own laundry room in the basement. Its $1.75 to wash and the same to dry. There are a few limited units that have washer and dryer hook ups, but you have to provide your own appliances.
