Horrible and everyone is unprofessional. I could write a whole list of things that are wrong. But I will say I’ll be moving sooner than later. Looking at other reviews I’m not the only one who feels this way. Definitely not worth the money!!! If you can do better than this highly recommend you do! I will not recommend this place to anyone! Don’t even deserve 1 star!

Have lived here for 4 years and it’s a quiet nice environment to live. But there are issues with maintenance getting around to fixing stuff. You have to call about 20 times to get the one guy they have. All windows need to be replaced because they are molded, old, and hard to open. When we moved in ours was supposed to be newly remodeled apartment but all they did was get new toilets, cabinets and carpet. Rent just increased $65 for a place that is falling apart and no one to fix stuff. Another issue is lots of kids walking around unsupervised ringing doorbells and other stuff. Think twice before moving to this dump.

Dumpsters are always full. Management never answers their phones. Been almost 1/2 a year of trying to get a list of stuff fixed at my townhouse. Not renewing my lease after almost 6 years. Won't give explanation. New Management told me 2 different times I don't have to stay if I'm unhappy!!! Terrible place. Weeds are overgrown, tore down anything for the kids but 2 tangled swings. Pool area is usually messy. Goes through trash bags to identify who's trash is not in trash can and fines you ( probably have fallen out trashes are sooo full or just dodnt have room). Have asked for almost 6 years for bathroom window to be fixed and sliding glass door (safety hazard)...so much more. Don't live here unless YOU HAVE TO!
