Great place to live! Everyone is incredibly friendly. Maintenance is always there when needed! (Very few times) Management is awesome no matter what when I call they have a solution! Dane has helped me out tremendously throughout the whole process of moving in and when my lease was up helping me move into another apartment on sight! 10 outta 10 every time

Do not live here. Apartments are out dated over priced. There is never anywhere to park. Maintenance never shows up & the office never answers the phone. A.c dose not work (not just my Apartment, most the building)

There is a monthly utility fee for water/sewer/trash. Residents are responsible for gas and electric bills. These are sub-metered and the bills that arrive to you are your actual usage.
