I arrived in 2016 and have fallen in love with our spacious grounds, great neighbors, wonderful staff members, excellent facilities and amazingly wide variety of activities (some more active than others). And I especially love the sand hill cranes that stop over spring and fall.

HOA fees way way too expensive….community pretty ugly…barren, no foliage or trees…houses don’t look appealing…cheap construction…overpriced ugly community…you can definitely do better elsewhere

I have lived here for a year now. The HOA fees are very reasonable, includes yard, landscaping and snow removal. Great Clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pool, Fitness room, Tennis courts and more. Outstanding and friendly staff. There are activities and events all the time. When I see these people who complain and do not live here have no idea what they are talking about,

Yes. From the current policy..."each dwelling there shall be permitted up to a total of three (3) dogs or three (3) cats or a combination of dogs and cats not to exceed three (3) in total, no more than two (2) birds, and a reasonable number, as determined by the Board of Directors, of other usual and common household pets, subject to compliance with applicable laws and ordinances. In no event, however, shall monkeys, snakes, pigs, or ferrets be permitted in any dwelling."
All units are privately owned. No short term rentals (minimum 12 months) are allowed in accordance with the governing documents. Other restrictions apply.

The Lodge closes at noon on New Year's Eve.
They are not condos they are houses. there are some that are for sale by existing home owners. Or you can build to your likings. It is for seniors only.
