My stay was very pleasant all the conveniences you want check in anytime...they even provide rides to airport no extra charge
Any time of day if they have availability. FYI - the hotel is nice - Nice, clean rooms, clean, heatedv pool, good breakfast, workout room etc. Definitely worth the money but beware....the customer service at this east side location is AWFUL. We've stayed there many tines and every single time we hope things will be different but they never are. We are constantly treated like they are doing US a favor by renting us a room. Once I asked for a late checkout by one hour and from the response I got you would think I had asked for a week of free nights. It never ends, out of the many, many times I've stayed there I think I've had maybe 3 or 4 pleasant interaction with their employees. After the last time, I've given up, I will no longer stay there. No matter how many points I have.
If there's available rooms, they will rent you one at any hour
They have a night manager. As long as you either pay online or there are rooms available, check-in anytime.
