I normally don’t complain about Starbucks. But today they got my order wrong. I ask for a Venti Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, and instead I got a Venti Ice Vanilla Latte. I’m very confused on how they mixed up latte and Frappuccino.

They would have gladly remade it if you asked, they probably mixed your drink up with someone else's
