Where to begin with this location. I walked in and waited until the 3rd employee to pass by to be greeted. The employee that took our order looked unkempt and was not knowledgeable about the doughnuts or the drinks. No idea who he was because only 1 employee was wearing a name tag. The employee that made our order wasn't even wearing a uniform unless the uniform is a baggy hoody and basketball shorts. Meanwhile a child was running behind the counter that another employee's that was wearing a tank top and shorts. This child was yelled at by its mother and told to followher to the back. I am not confident that this store is run well because there were no gloves in sight and employees were on their phones after leaving the bathroom never washed their hands. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin.

This Dunkin is always busy, which isnt a bad thing, and the workers are always doing their best to take care of customers. If I'm in need of a quick breakfast, this is the place I go. The workers all deserve a raise.

Most of the time I will go through the drive through. They always have what my taste buds have ordered. I am always amazed and amused by some of the servers at these drive through places, she handed me my order, I said great! Her response was, your welcome. I do not say thank you as I am providing them with my hard earned dollars, not the other way around. These dollars help them keep the business alive. It is the customer who has the thank you coming. Not an attitude for NOT being thanked. This needs to be addressed by the shop owners, and the cashier and other workers not expect to be thanked. Have a great day!

The doors are locked at noon, it appears that they're doing drive through only - but there's no signage indicating this. I suspect they just don't want to deal with walk-in customers. The staff is otherwise inexperienced, shy, and mostly not wearing uniforms. It looks like the entire place just replaced every employee with a kid still in high school, but didn't bother to train or supervise them. I saw no hand washing, my order, while correctish, would have been incorrect had I not noticed the receipt. They were getting ready to give me iced coffee when I didn't order it iced. They didn't clarify over the speaker. Where is the manager?
