Horrible service- not making sandwiches at 9 am cause they are backed up? Turned off the app so can’t place any orders- meanwhile there’s an employee that is just hangin around barely doing anything. Unbelievable what this world is coming to-

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Employees had no sense of urgency. Ordered donuts online and got a message that they were ready. They weren’t ready. They didn’t start the order until we got there. Pointless to order ahead.

Avoid on the weekend. They used to be good, but have been awful on the weekend lately. Always out of everything, and people running around like a fire drill. Told me to pull around front to wait for a sandwich and iced coffee, and they would bring it out. 10 minutes later, walked inside and the sandwich was sitting on the counter, no coffee. Location on Tatum and Greenway is a better option. Weekdays have been fine.

I have never had a problem with this Dunkin Donuts at this location. It's always been fresh quick easy. They're always very courteous respectful and jolly. I recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone. I drive from Central and Southern to come here service is that good!! Delicious!
