Having a coffee at this store on a morning of a weekday. Coffee is good, pickup time is normal. But, tables inside the store are not cleaned, tables outside are even worse, having a layer of dust, we will have to use the paper towels and water to clean the table before sitting down there.

The team at this location doesn't communicate, apparently. Called to ask if they had nitro cold brew, person who answered the phone said yes emphatically. Arrived 8 minutes later, was informed they didn't have cold brew today.

I walked in for service and this location was focused on drive through and mobile orders that it took awhile to place my order. Once ordered they called my name for 2 items separately and I waited for the last 2. I was running short on time so went to check- my son noticed item 3 of 4 was on the floor and they asked me what the 4th item was supposed to be. I left because I didn’t have another 5 minutes to wait but it was a total failure of service.

Fast and friendly service. Drive through was pack and employees did a awesome job at knocking down the line. Very pleased with this Starbucks service.😁😁😁😁
