Terrible food... I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese sandwich with a plain bagel, and they gave me a burned croissant. The eggs on the sandwich tasted like they were cooked and sitting there at least a day... also got the new batter latte... tastes like just coffee with milk and Whipped cream on top - nothing special... sad, it's the first time I've been to a Duncan doughnuts in a long time and this is what I'm welcomed back with... not coming back again anytime soon...

I've been to this location plenty of times only due to the location. The staff is always in a bad mood however the coffee quality is similar to what you'd get at any Dunkin.

Only Drive Thru was open. Staff was not nice at all. Maybe stressed out? Still, should do your job well and friendly. Appreciate the customers. We don't have to go here. Heard staff yelling at other staff. Maybe need training on that. Again, seemed really stressed. Food was good. That is what we came for. We will try the location further east next time.
