This Starbucks is one of the worst. They are always slower than slow. When your ordering they always seem like it's at the wrong time and they can't wait to get u off the speaker. No hello, no hey. Just a "what do yiu want... " Store never has stoppers for the hot coffee and always makes things wrong. Even after you repeat it more than once at the drive thru and get attitude for it. I drive the extra 3 miles for the other location on union hills and 35th.

There were tons of staff, so that wasn’t an issue. First, I was almost overcharged for my mocha (I pointed out it was too expensive), then I waited and waited for my chocolate croissant, asked for it UNHEATED twice, and they still zapped it in the microwave. Finally got it all correct for the right price.

Siriah was the hugest help today. We had a few questions and she was so knowledgeable and willing to go out of her way to make sure we got all the information possible about their products. It’s rare you come across someone so awesome at their job and also so ridiculously pleasant. Thank you for your help and for making the best brown sugar- oat milk- shaken espresso ever! Go Starbucks!

I love you guys but what is going on? Been using the app to place my orders for drive thru and not sure what to make of things. At the speaker and the window everyone always seems very nice and all smiles. But when I order a Royal EB Tea Latteé and 5 miles later I decide to take that first sip and expect heaven...but all I got was black bitter tea filled to the rim. Where's the milk? And it's funny cause yesterday I ordered the same thing on 19ave&Tbird and they made the same mistake! What the heck guys? W'sup?
