Racist locations I use to go to this location last year and had no issues but Aalysa just ruined the DATE I had with a man and I’m a woman. Are straights not allowed. I don’t onow if it’s because I’m straight or Black. Nobody was at the register so we asked he Barrista if we can sit Aalysa came out of nowhere and said “ she is making drinks don’t talk to her talk to me “. And was arguing with me because I said I never seen that location on 35th Bell. She said i17 Bell is a bad neighborhood and then called the police on me because I asked her why is she speaking condescending to me because I asked if we can sit.

So disappoint 😵‍💫Starbuck makes so much money what is going on grab and go only? no drive true or inside the store, you order online and come and get your coffee at the window this window.

I will never order from here ever again. The employees there are racist. My uber eats driver was mistreated because he spoke Spanish. I was on the phone with him because they didn't have my drink. He was only doing his job and they gave him attitude and weren't helping him, they just ignored him instead. I didn't care about the drink at this point anymore, what hurt the most was hearing how they were treating him while we were on the phone with him. It wasn't right and it's very uncalled for especially when our Uber eats driver was only trying to complete his order, he didn't deserve to be treated the way he was today.

I literally just visited this Starbucks and the girl in drive thru was so sweet! I had to get my drink remade but she was so nice about it and even offered to give an extra little cup of syrup for my drink. I felt so bad but thank you for making my visit pleasant!
