The street parking by the upper entrance ends at 8, so if you're there for an evening show, you won't have to pay much at all. You can also increase your time from the parkmobile app if you need to.
As others have mentioned, there is plenty of metered parking available within walking distance of the venue on Walnut St, Lower Walnut St, and 31st St. There are also several flat rate public parking lots nearby. For evenings and weekends after 5pm, we recommend FMC Tower. For weekdays, try Penn Park or LAZ Parking.
Helps to have the Park Mobile app on your phone installed and ready to use ahead of time for street parking. Once you have it set up (license, credit card) it is easy and fairly cheap.
There's plenty of parking meters above ground and under ground...I always park above ground
