Great place for skateboarders. Not really the place to bring a toddler on a scooter tho as many of the skateboarders here are pretty advanced and really adhere to proper park etiquette. Great place to go if skateboarding is your hobby. The community there is super chill

Nice skateboard park in Philadelphia seems to get pretty busy with a lot of skateboarders out there on nice days. It’s great that the city has put this here to allow skateboarders a place to ride since they’ve been kicked out of most parks Edit 5/23/22 - I was going out riding the trail today and they were having a skate competition. Got some good photos!

Yes, there are plenty of guys that come do aerials on their BMX bikes.
Their should be some close by
It is in the Summer but I don't know about the Fall and Winter.
Yes, at least it is free to be at the park, unsure about what vehicles are permitted.
