Kate Ritchie is outstanding. She followed up with me and helped me located additional resources to help my 82 year old Mother. She just didn’t answer my question, she informed me things I didn’t know about. She is great. When you go to Pacifica Senior living, ask for Kate Ritchie.

I visited Pacifica Senior Living in Sterling today. My first impression was how friendly the staff were! They welcome me warmly. Ms. Kate was my guide. She was knowledgeable and thorough. The facility was very clean and organized. The residents were comfortable and content. They all waved and talked to me as I was passing by. I was impressed by how well the place was managed.

I went to use the ladies restroom to release and as I look at the floor while sitting in the toilet I couldn’t believe my eyes it was a cockroach I tried to excuse it cause I didn’t wanna be rude but as I went through the door I saw WHOLE RAT I couldn’t believe my eyes why would anyone put an elderly in such a place I was shocked outraged horrified and traumatized do I recommend this place for any civilized human? No
