The room was super clean. Nice fresh bed and a very shiny bathroom. Impressed. The Lounge was closed and they changed the room that I picked in the app that why 4 stars. Would be nice to add Prosecco or Champagne to the Menu. It’s Hilton!

One of the worse Hilton properties I've stayed at. Will not stay here again if possible. Staff is disinterested in helping guests. Rooms very dated. I asked for my room to be cleaned in am since I was low on toilet paper and front desk said they'd take care of it but upon returning in evening it has not been done so had to ask maintenance to bring me some (most hotels stock some extra in the room). HVAC loud and not easy to temp control.

Horrible! Tried to cancel my room due to family funeral,4 days in advance, could not reach a live person. I was sent to voice mail of hotel manager, who never returned my call/message. Hotel is not managed properly. Terrible.

Start off with the good: the bedding is very comfortable. Other than that, the rooms are outdated, not clean, ants, not enough fresh linens and just overall not a comfortable stay. Disappointing for a Hilton property.
