Do NOT use this business. I contracted them to be friendly to the guys who were selling the service door to door because I have been there before but when I wanted to cancel it became predatory. They wouldn't accept a cancellation over email. It was almost impossible to get someone on the phone. When I finally did, the manager kept trying to keep the conversation going when all I wanted to do was cancel. I think I had to say I wanted to cancel 60 times and was going to report them to the authorities before he finally agreed to terminate my contract. Do NOT use this company or if you ever want to cancel you will have the same headache as me. Just awful.

To each it’s own but I would not recommend… even after multiple visits the job was not done and they offer “free visits” to come out and service but even that is a month out most items. There Bluebird, Go-Forth or even Orkin will get you better value. It’s 2022, do your research to get your moneys worth. Reviews matter to get the bang for your buck!

If you have a pest problem inside or outside I recommend Fox I have had a ant problem for a couple of years and they came in and treated for a few months and now I hardly ever see ants anymore

The goal of pest control is to completely eliminate any pest problems that you may be seeing. So if you don’t have any bugs, we are doing our job! Customers often think that once they are pest free, it is a good time to cancel. We would advise against it, as you will start to experience pest problems in 3-6 months once new pests begin to move into the area.
It is normal to still have some bugs after the initial service, as they will become agitated and more active. If the problem persists after your first quarterly service, give us a call and we will be happy to come take care of the problem, free of charge.
Once signing up for services, you will receive same day or next day service. A Fox tech will come out to your home and spray to stir up any bugs that may be hiding. Then, within the next 1-3 weeks, a second technician will come to your home. This tech will become your dedicated technician, and will take care of you going forward.
Once you receive your first service, you may see an immediate uptick in pests around your home. This is because the first service is intended to flush out any pests that may be hiding around your home. Don’t worry, your dedicated technician will be back soon to take care of these bugs.
The Fox Home Protection Plan ensures that your home will be protected year round from pests, and by performing quarterly services, our technicians are able to cut off egg cycles to prevent new pests from hatching. Our Home Protection Plan offers comprehensive service that will cover any pest issues that may arise.
Although a credit or debit card is preferred, Fox does accept payment in the form of a check.
