1st time they came and said the glass they have is broken, 2nd time they just didn't show up, called them they said it's broken agian. bad service, no communication, stay away from them.

Spent an hourplus gas and talls. They didn't have right glass. Didn't even offered $ 5 ! Waste of time.

Both my experiences with Safelite were not enjoyable. First was waiting on windshield repair at home, no showed twice. Did the repair and I still see a circle outline of crack. Second was in shop... back side window replaced. They held my car hostage for 4 days. Promise each day the glass would be delivered from warehouse to shop. One excuse after the other: not enough drivers, manger called out..etc. Do not try to call corporate, you will not get option to leave a complaint or speak to a human. My local Safelite also goes long periods without answering the phone. Clearly something they learned from corporate.

Both Google Maps and Waze have the correct address, 198 E Rt 59 Nanuet NY, but it takes you to the wrong location that is 2 miles from where it actually is. Outrageous. Get it fixed!!!! Then once I arrived they did NOT have my windshield in stock. It was supposed to be ordered and on the truck, but it was not. They know who is coming in each day, why can't they confirm the windshield is in stock before having the customer come. I drive 20 miles each way in 2 cars, wasted time to and gallons of gas. Not Professional. Then they tell me they can't take me they can't reschedule me for over a week. Unbelievable. Not happy not happy at all. Cancelled the rescheduled appointment.
