Called and ordered a delivery order. I ordered during probably the busiest time on a Saturday. A day filled with CFB games, so I’m sure their restaurant was packed. I got a call around 5-10 mins before I was supposed to get my delivery, I assume from the Manager. He was extremely nice in explaining that the order was going to be a little bit late, but he offered me a free order for the inconvenience and late order. I thought that was nice of them as I understand that delays can happen in any industry, especially the restaurant one.
