It is so much better to do the reservation for a photo. They take anyone with a reservation first. Then anyone else in line and the line can get long.
Eileen, while a reservation is not required it is strongly encouraged. When we open each day, we bring all folks with prepaid reservations to the front of the line. Then, we work to schedule appointments for those without reservations.
