This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed. I could barely stay the night but had 4 children and no where else to go. Bath tubs are crusted with dirt and mold. Black dirt and mold started coming out of the bath tub jets and faucet. Old spaghetti is crusted on the kitchen floor and rug. My 2 year old picked up someone else’s toe nail off the floor. Toilet paper racks are broken and hanging off the floor. We had to go to Walmart and buy blankets, pillows and cleaning supplies to get through the night. We “rented” linens but then had to put all the linens on the bed ourself. Half of the pillows didn’t have pillow cases. Had to buy our own buy toilet paper because apparently that is not included. This place was not just dirty it was hazardous for children to even stay in this filth.

The Ashworth is our favorite condo building to rent for vacation. The pools are small but the covered attached parking garage is great. The condo units themselves vary based on some off the reviews I’ve seen but the two units that we rent out every year are great. Very well decorated, up to date and nice beds.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dirty laundry left in closet. Has to make our own beds upon arrival. Small pools for way to many people. Too much money spent for what we got.

Best word to describe Ashworth would be “meh”. Nothing incredible to see. Rooms are very outdated, the toilets have chips all over the seats, and the shower was dirty in 2/3 bathrooms. Only positive when it comes to the room is the oceanfront view. Everything else would be better at a Hilton. The pools are teeny, my family filled up one half alone (7 of us at one point). Watched a 3 year old get shouted at for sitting on the edge of the hot tub, completely unnecessary. Security was incredibly rude, especially by the pool. Watched several CHILDREN be shouted at. My family are all 18+ so we didn’t have many issues with security personally. Honestly a terrible choice for families with younger kids, especially if they plan on being within 2 feet of the hot tub, because they will get screamed (yes I mean screamed) at by grown men.

You have to check with whoever rents to you.
Just checked out of there yesterday morning. Only owners are allowed pets unless otherwise noted by unit owner. There are only certain times dogs are allowed on the beach.
Not sure but there are both a washer and a dryer in the room. We were in the 6th floor and had both so no public laundry toll to use. I think the price comes with the information guide on the website but again every room I saw had a washer and dryer already in there. Be warned they aren't the best and the washer shakes bad even if its slightly off balance but yeah it came with the room cost when we stayed last month.
