Just checked out of there yesterday morning. Only owners are allowed pets unless otherwise noted by unit owner. There are only certain times dogs are allowed on the beach.
There is a sign on the ground floor by the elevators that says no pets allowed unless you are a permanent resident.
Probably depends on the unit. Of all the times I've been there, I've never seen any pets.
