Tanisha how long did it take for your family member to be moved if you don't mind me asking.
Its not the phone problem, you can dial 0 when trying to get them to answer. Also if you are white and probably black too get a lot of verbal abuse from the black staff because they think they are in controll. That is about to CHANGE
I had a family member at Carrington Place but they were moved. We had the same problem with them not answering the phone.
