If you filed in EBR parish, Call either of our suit records depts and we can look you Information and either fax, mail, or you can come pickup a copy.
No, they do not provide that service but you can go to any of the judges offices downtown & one of them can marry you by appointment in their chambers
How to find a marriage certificate
yes you need $35 cash or 37$ on a credit card and your state id
No, but they are public record that can easily be seen, found, obtained, etc online and/or if you go to the courthouse and ask them for it in person
You can get it in city hall on the first floor.
If they refuse to leave your residence willingly within the time frame that you have already given to them verbally, your next step is to call the police and let them know that he or she is not on your lease and that they refuse to leave willingly after you've already told them that it's time to vacate your property and/or the premises. And the police will quickly be on their way to remove them from your residence if they refuse to go willingly. In addition, you shouldn't use the word "evicting" and/or "eviction" when speaking to them @ all & not when you're talking to the police about the situation either bc they must be "tenants" of yours who would have to be included somewhere on some sort of lease in order for you (or anyone) to actually legally be able to "evict" someone. All you have to do is just tell the police that you simply would like for them to leave with whatever belongings they have & that you no longer want them in your home, in your yard, your driveway, etc
Just go to the Clerk of Court's Office @ the Family Courthouse located @ 222 St. Louis St., Baton Rouge, LA 70802 & ask someone who's working the front desk to please print you out a copy of said decree. It's alot more efficient if you happen to know either the docket #, the date(s) the order was decreed, the full name, DOB, a valid LADL, LA ID, etc regarding the adult parties involved. You'll most likely be asked to pay a minimal fee per page(s) that you're requesting to be printed. Very easy, efficient, & not that time-consuming @ all.
Go to the Independence police station
Yes
I would just bring your own cause I'm not sure. I would like to say any 2 people would do.
No, the clerk of court's office doesn't handle and/or provide ppl with background checks
You can pay $35 in cash and $37 with a card and you're also going to need a valid LA ID and/or LA DL
Ticket
No
Go to Pulish Service Department and asked for a copy..on B-1 floor
How can I get an emergency passport on the same day
Get a lawyer. That is what everyone will tell you. Because, noone in the Clerk's office or Court is able to give legal advice.
Call either Civil Suit Records or Criminal Records to find out your court date. You can find the numbers at ebrclerkofcourt.org
Yes. Must be close relative
Try the Records department!
Call 311 and tell them of the problem. Have the exact address. The city/parish should handle. You have to be persistent though. Get the work order number and call every day. Call your council person. Call the mayor. You have to become a headache to them so they will act. Good luck.
I think you can do it online. Look for Louisiana vital statistics https://www.louisiana.gov
That's going to depend on individual circumstances. There is not one set rule.
Correcting and obtaining a birth certificate as soon as possible
