I don't know what you're considering wild but Wildlife & Fisheries would be the bes bet if truly wildlife.

I believe SPCA only deals with domesticated animals such as cats and dogs. For wild animals, I would suggest contacting animal control or the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries/Park Rangers.
