Please believe the bad reviews.. this is the worst dental office in New Orleans. These people are straight clowns! How you cancel 2 of my dental appointments that I waited months for… and never answer the phone or call back to tell me what’s going on! Update: Someone reached out to me and I was able to get another appointment. 2nd Update: My first appointment at The dentist office in gentilly was amazing! But the 2nd appointment at the location in midcity was horrible. They are very rude and gave nasty attitudes. I will never make an appointment at that one again!

I usually don’t ever write reviews but thank God this isn’t a life or death situation because I’d be gone waiting on my medicine. My pharmacy sent a fax to Dr. Taylor because I need a prior authorization for medication I’ve been calling since Friday today is Monday. I decided to show up in person because I wasn’t getting anything done over the phone all for them to tell me it’s too late they’ll do it tomorrow what in the world I’ve been calling since Friday

Making an appointment here is hard. They usually give you a month or two but its worth it than in other clinics because they are friendly and quick. They are understandable and helpful. It makes your visits affordable and the check up might take an hour or so just like any other clinics you go.

Horrible ! I would not be coming back at all Lost my Urine , instead of calling me telling me to come in another time , they didn’t had to call & see what was going on . They treat you as if you are bothering them! The women in labs are awesome & some of the front desk are very polite but them “doctors “ are completely opposite! I wouldn’t go here if this was the only place open , on earth !

I called in April, and my appointment is in August. Utterly rediculous.
Don't know for sure. I can tell you that they do not prescribed narcotics.
Yes
They are a community health network run by Catholic Social Services. I've been a patient since way before Katrina. They do work with a sliding scale with proof of income via Pay stubs and or/tax return. They also have an in house pharmacy.

No, I was recently told only one parent could come in at a time, but one of my kids is autistic and I can't handle all of them by myself so the dad was allowed to come in. But I've never been told anything about a dress code
