I went on a Sunday, so there was a 35 minute wait. The food was good. The service was ok. You only have 1 hour and 30 minutes to eat. They will rush you out at exactly that time.

Boil spot is gonna be your go to when you don’t know what to eat! It has a variety of soup base, meat and vegetables options. I bet there’s gonna be one that you want! Overall it’s a very good experience and I will definitely come here again!

I believe about 25 dollars for the HotPot or Korean BBQ by itself and about 30 dollars for the bbq and hot pot together this is per person pricing but I’d say call and ask just to be sure on the exact pricing!
No reservation required, however I personally recommend coming in at least 30 minutes earlier then you wish to be seated as this restaurant can get very busy.

Vegetables: A few types of squash, edamame, bean sprouts, a few types of tofu, and they also had other stuff not on the buffet. Seafood: clams, mussels, shrimp, crawfish, and I think they had a white fish.
I would say No because there is definitely a possibility for cross contamination with pork products.
I’m not certain what you mean in terms of a service fee, but I do know they automatically access you a 18% tip onto your bill.
Staff wear masks at all times. Guests wear masks until seated and when moving around the restaurant.
There is not much on the menu but the hot pot and BBQ. You can order other items but they are limited, mostly beverages. Google maps has a few images of the menu front and back.
Yes, there is a single option. It's about $25 for just the hot pot option and about $28 to include BBQ.
